(except for like 1 or 2 people). My name is Kevin and I work the Fresh Market over at Store #151. For those of you who haven't been to a Braum's in a while, or at least Store #151, we are now carrying: Pumpkin, Gingerbread, Hot Chocolate, and Eggnog flavored ice creams! They're on sale 2 for $6 today, I believe up until Sunday. And good news for those who've been dying for some since July.

We just got the half-gallons of Eggnog in today! They are a bit pricey @ $4.29 before taxes, but that's to be expected given that it's made with a mixture of whole milk and heavy cream. That's about all I can think of at the moment, this is probably more of an interactive PSA than a proper AMA. For the lazy; Braum's Store #151 is located on the • • • • •. I'll have to have a talk with the morning manager when I go in tomorrow and see what's going on. The next time they wind up upgrading your drink without asking you, post back here with your Order # and what time you went through the drive-through; it'll help narrow down who handled your order that day so we can find out whether it's one of the teenagers or if one of the lower ranking managers is trying to cover their arse and force meet the quota.

There is one adult who works the drive-through from morning to late lunch, but I always hear her specifically ask the customer whether or not they want to size certain items for XX-cents more. I'll ask her if she's being pushed to upgrade orders if the customer doesn't reply/or explicitly say no. Same here, despite Buy for Less having cheaper milk it just doesn't taste as creamy as Braum's does. Once a new year hits we go back to our basic flavors, then slowly add back in over time: Strawberry Cheesecake, Homemade Strawberry, Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake, Natural Vanilla Bean, Gingerbread, Hot Chocolate, Pumpkin, Eggnog, and Peppermint Chocolate Chip. As for the restaurant side of the store, they rotate the squares they serve at the cone line each month based on the season + sales history + customer requests. This seems to be an ongoing problem, I've run into exactly what you described when I ordered a No-Sugar-added Vanilla shake. From what I've seen, the ice cream they use for shakes is way colder/half-frozen as compared to the squares they keep at the cone line.
